Baroque Medical and Electronic cc was incorporated on 22nd February 1994 and began trading as Baroque Medical on 7th April 1994. On the 23rd of February 2002, Baroque Medical and Electronic cc was incorporated as a Private Company and is now trading as Baroque Medical (Pty) Ltd.

Since its establishment, Baroque Medical has concentrated on the supply of medical equipment and Pharmaceutical products to Cardiology, Radiology, Neurology and Neurosurgery Centers in South Africa.

Baroque Medical is the sole distributor for the following Multi-National Companies in Sub-Saharan Africa.
